Nu metro Sunday family day disappointment.

Disgusting service and lack of professionalism,

Im at the nu metro cinema in Galleria, thinking that it would be nice to treat the family to movies. Since we had the calendar tickets that was supposed to be redeemable for a free vip scene ticket. Once we get there we are told firstly that the ticket is only for a buy one get one free but the ticket doesn't mention that and one of the tickets later on in the year is a buy one get one free... Then we are told that we can't watch a movie as the cinema in Galleria as they do not have the facility to accommodate the special. How can you have a promotion and turn people away???? Especially when the promotion is coming to an end...?

Absolutely ******* service and poor customer relations in house.
