Nu metro sucks

Absolutely pathetic and unprofessional service. The call center staff miss lead customers only to go the cinemas and to be embarrassed and told otherwise. This is not the first time. Managers can't even make a call and it a mission to get hold of.f. Don't promote you cinema if you can't honor your promotions. We call the call Centre from the cinema and a attendant who could not assist was asked to get the manager the call only to wait for 5mins before we call back and was told the service attendent had left all that in 5mins. Please call me as I don't want to go on here. ANGRY.....
