Nu Metro sucks

Our last 2 visits within 2 weeks to two different nu metro was absolutely appalling. Canal walk and grand west. So one can buy tickets online but the wait at popcorn queue is absolutely ridiculous!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So we took kids to watch secret life of pets at canal walk on sunday 30 June 5pm show. We waited in the refreshments for nearly 45 mins!!! Needless to say I had to take kids in while my husband was queuing. It is always such poor service at any nu metro.! Having to wait?? This long wait creates stress and anxiety and defeats the point of a relaxing movie outing! So on Saturday 9 July we booked tickets to watch Annabel at grand west 5.30 and low and behold a 30 minute wait in the queue! Staff were falling over their feet and needed to fetch refreshments from only one station! It was circus!

This entire current process needs to be revised, it is ineffective and Flipen inconvenient. I expect a reply from you nu metro.
