Nu Metro shocker

Tickets paid for and booked a week ago for the 4D superman vs batman show at the nu metro V&A for my birthday. Get here and they tell us it's only for tomorrow even though my refence on the website shows 24th. We had to make arrangements for a nanny etc to look after our kids and now its just sorry the system changed t without notifying us!!! How the hell dors your system do this? I am not a nu metro fan in general and always go to ster kinekor. This experience is an absolute shocker and i will never make use of nu metro again!! And i will spread the word everywhere how Nu Metro sucks!!!All they said is come back tomorrow....its not that easy just to come back tomorrow. Clearly no customer service or a bit of savvey!!!
