Nu Metro Scene - overpriced for bad quality

As a regular movie goer, I understand that Nu Metro Scene and Sterkinekor Prestige are in competition. On Monday I went to the Scene for an optimal quality experience, I mean I paid over R100 for my ticket alone to relax on their so-called comfortable recliner couches. When going for my seat, the couch was in such a terrible condition the recliner was completely broken that I couldn't sit back and relax with my legs up. During the movie the usher interrupts everyone asking for orders. I also didn't like the fact that you need sit up every time just to reach your eatables as they are so far away from you and by doing so the chair makes noises. Another occasion in last month going to the normal section of Nu Metro, the seats were reeking like bodily sweat and made the experience very unpleasant. Also the seats are on top of each other that you're looking into someone's head instead of looking at the screen. Nu Metro's quality and service has dropped drastically and they could learn a few things from Sterkinekor & Prestige. They are overpriced for the poor quality and should relook at their club options. I don't think I will be visiting Nu Metro again anytime in the near future.
