NU METRO PAVILION

The Nu Metro at Pavilion Mall has terrible service. We had gone to watch Bad Boys 3 and the movie screen was purple, after 30 minutes of every one complaining, a lady comes in to tell us that unfortunately we cannot watch the movie because the person that can fix it will take 1 hour to get here. They did not want to give us a refund on tickets or popcorn combos but a voucher to watch another movie at anytime. When we had asked again about the popcorn combos because let's face it, the prices are ridiculous, the lady had stated that when we come in to watch the movie we should advise management and they will resolve the issue however instead when we did redeem the voucher we had really horrible service and the same lady had refused ever saying that before. The inside of Cinema 11 also had a horrible smell the entire time. when we had come back to watch a movie. This is why we should always get everything in writing.
