Bought a ticket on 30th i had clearly selected the three seats i wanted the money was taken from my account i arrived today to see my movie and was told there is no booking.

When at the counter no one even bothered to try and arrange something else for me and my daughter and my dad,

i have proof of the money coming off my account via email from fnb
