Nu Metro pathetic service

I booked tickets online for a movie at Nu Metro. The transaction was processed but tickets were not issued. I call the call centre more than 4 times, being put on hold and having the agent put the phone down on me. Eventually I was told my reimbur*****t would be done in 48 hours. I received an email to that effect as well once I escalated to the supervisor. Almost a working week later I have not received a refund and I cannot get through to customer services. Nu Metro has taken my funds but still has not provided the tickets. Absolutely pathetic service , very poor customer service and no feedback at all.
