I have booked 2 4dx tickets for Jumanji at Emperors Palce for the 5th January 2018, the money went of my account but i did not receive any booking confirmation or anything...i then called your call center and spoke to Dora, she advised me that there was a glitch in the system and te money will be reversed into my account,Dora advised me in the mean time i should re book the tickets, this is complete ****************, this is ***** and unacceptable...i have paid R700 for 2 4DX movie tickets and still the first amount of R350 has not been reversed into my account

I will do everything in my power to bad mouth Nu Metro on social media and publicly and i will be going to Hello Peter as well
