Nu Metro Menlyn FAIL!

<p>Buying tickets at the self-help kiosk was a mission, as the machines are dated back to Noah's ark - extremely slow and not user friendly.</p> <p> </p> <p>Then stood in the queue to buy popcorn. We were in front of the queue, then told the other kiosk is empty, we can go there. Got to kiosk number 2, and stood in a small queue, waited 15 minutes to be helped, as the guy behind the counter took his sweet time....</p> <p> </p> <p>Eventually got inside the cinema, only to find the cinema has not been cleaned after the previous movie.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is why Ster Kinekor is taking most of the profits... You guys can do so much better!</p> <p> </p> <p>Extremely disappointed at Nu Metro in general.</p>
