Don't trust Nu Metro Menlyn!

I visited Nu Metro in Menlyn Mall and used the self-service to order popcorn and drinks. Upon paying for the items I found out that the POS machine had run out of receipt paper so the attendant came refilled the paper roll and printed out the history of receipts and this is where it all went wrong. First of all my receipt never printed so I was told to pay for the items again and monitor my banking account for a reversal on the first payment. A week later the reversal never came through and upon inquiry I was asked for the card details that was used for the transaction so that they can check the transaction log history. They come back to me and say there is no record of my card details on their logs. So now I was charged twice for already overpriced snacks and they are pleading ignorance. Horrible service and worse tech management. How do I know that I even paid to the correct place now. It's no wonder cinemas are going out of business.
