Nu Metro Manager unaccommodating and rude

We took our 11 year old daughter and her friend to watch Home with tickets purchased through E bucks. We were told in no uncertain terms that we couldn't watch home because it was in 3-D. I asked to see the manager to see if they could not accommodate us in any way - happy to pay in the difference. <br> Pavees, the on duty manager, point blank refused to help us and was un-obliging!!<br> Later, after paying R135.00 for the movie with the help of the very friendly young man Sibusiso, we were told by Jonathan, the manager, that they were however showing home in 2-D as well and that it was strange to him that Pavees refused to help us. <br> We are appalled by the attitude of Pavees and will not be using Nu-metro for our weekly movie visits any more.
