Nu Metro Literally stole from me

On the 30 December 2017 we were a group of 4 (couples) who booked a movie Jumaji(07:55) in 4DX at Nu Metro cinemas in Waterfront Cape Town, we entered the cinema and firstly our seats were taken F5 ,F6, F7, F8, the guy helping the people take there seats placed those people on our seats therefore they refused to get up. I explained that I paid R195 per person for 4 tickets and there was nothing he could do for me. We were split up, he offered to reimburse us with tickets for the next show if we take the seats he got for us. We then agreed. However when the movie was done and we walked up to the MANAGER THOLANI from NU METRO CINEMA WATERFRONT, we explained that we here for the reimbursed tickets that was promised to us by his colleague, he advised that he could only give us two tickets in 3D , and he was utterly rude, and not bothered that we didn't accept what he offered and even got cheeky and basically chased us away by saying he cant do anything else and walked away from us. My money was taken by this cinema , I had to sit on an awkward seat, I was shoved Round, and I have been disrespected by THOLANI (Manager)

So now I want my money bac**** you breached your initial contract with me when you placed me else where, and you promised me tickets just so we could sit even though you knew you couldn't give me the tickets. I'm taking this further if theres no action!!!
