Nu Metro Head office blady useless

During my purchase at Nu-Metro Menlyn Self service kiosk, transaction goes through and im charged but when it comes to printing the tickets it displays technical error. Call the employee and they tell me I need to open an case with head office. I have been waiting for over 6 months. I will not be going to Nu Metro anymore
