Nu Metro experience, not a treat at all

It's been a while since we went to our local movie theatre - Nu Metro. Tonight we decided to go watch Jurassic Park 3D. Wow..the ticket prices are quite high, but we were still excited, because we love cinema movies and the biggest popcorn ever. Just to be dissapointed in the popcorn with being in tiny pieces, the whole box through it felt like eating the last bits of left over popcorn, with so many unpopped corn in it. The movie was so loud, it hurts your ears(we were the only 2 people in the theatre), my boyfriend went out to ask if they maybe can turn it down, and they said no. We had to stuff our ears with cotton ***** just to be able to make it through the whole movie and not hurt our eardrums. This was the worst experience we ever had at any Cinema. We will rather wait for the movies to show on other platforms as this "treat" was not one at all.
