Nu Metro Expensive VIP Ticket Broken seats!!!!

I booked VIP seats at Clearwater Mall Nu Metro R175 x 2. How can they charge that for a ticket as my seat was broken? They ask me to move to another chair at that one was also broken. Made watching the movie really uncomfortable!!!
