Nu Metro disappoints.

Went to watch a movie today at Nu Metro, Key West. An hour into the movie ... loadshedding. No generator :(. No refund. Instead we were issued re-admission tickets. The problem is this specific movie ends this coming Thursday. Today is Sunday. Monday-Friday I don't get home before 18:00. Last movie of the day starts at 17:45! It's just totally unsatisfactory. A refund would be preferred to re-admission tickets.
