Nu Metro - ******!!!

Don't buy NU Metro tickets!!!! On the 6 February 2022 I tried to buy 3 movie tickets online. I did not get a ref number, I then phoned in and was told to rebook as the transaction had failed, upon doing so I got the first ref number and the second one, meaning I was charged twice!! I've called them repeatedly for over a month now and I still have not been refunded I've sent an email, I always speak to a guy named Michael who promises to "follow up" and call me back but he never does. Either those people working there are useless and taking up space or Nu Metro is a ****!!
