Nu Metro Cornubia - Exceptional Service

I visited Nu Metro Cornbuia on Tuesday 21/03/2023 for what i though was the 14:45 screening of the film What's Love Got To Do With It? I booked the tickets on the Sanlam Reality App and retrieved my tickets when I got to the cinema. I collected my popcorn and cool drink combos and proceeded to wait for the film to begin in foyer arear. The usher viewed my ticket and brough to my attention that the ticket was actually for the 22/03/2023 for the screening at 15:00. He allowed my mum and I into the screening. (My mum is in a wheelchair). However when another customer came in and said I was in their seat, I though oh no a day out is going to turn into a disaster. I went to the ticket counter and spoke with another nu metro employee, an elderly gentleman, i think he may have been the manager. He said it wasn't a problem and directed me to the ticket counter. The lady at the ticket counter was extremely polite and friendly. She sorted out the issue without much trouble and my mum and I was able to view the film on the 21/03/2023 at 15:00 screening. The service from the ticket counter staff, to manager, usher and concession stand was exceptional. I would also like to note that this was first time in almost 2 years that my mum has been to the cinema since her stroke in April 2021. I would like to take this opportunity to thank the staff and Nu Metro Cornubia for being so accommodating and provide excellent service. I will definitely select Nu Metro Cornubia as my cinema of choice going forward. My only regret is I did not take note of the names of those that assisted me. Thank you!
