Nu Metro - Cornubia

This is the second time that I have been to Nu Metro cornubia and try to redeem a voucher and get a response that the vouchers Ts and Cs, aren't as what is expected. Yesterday Feb 14th, My wife and I planned to watch Bad Boys for life in the VIP and relax after a long days work. We purchased the voucher books in December from the same cinema and decided we could redeem it for the VIP screening.

When we get to the cinema I'm told that the voucher for Feb is for a "Full Vip" cinema and cornubia isn't full vip. The staff on duty seem to only know that?? You don't advertise that Cornubia doesn't have this specific condition that makes the cinema "Full VIP", but the tickets are being sold at that cinema without telling any customers that we can't honor this request because we don't have the facilities.

The manager can only say I'm sorry and has no impact on what happens or can explain what the differences are. To then use the voucher, I've to fork out for the 4DX, with a 2D screening.

I can now understand why Nu Metro has 450, one to two star ratings on Hello Peter and 0 responses to those.
