Nu metro conubia

I visited nu metro conubia on Sunday i watched the movie pathaan. The staff were very helpful and helped us get to the cinema on time for the movie. I have been there again yesterday with the worst experience ever absolutely insolent staff who just looked for faults. I went in at 7 to book the 7:30 movie which was Shot gun wedding. I attempted to use self service the payment machines were not working. I went to the counter as well and have been trying to make payment we ended up missing the movie because we were asked to go and withdraw money and come back. Anyways we said its fine we will watch a different movie we decided to watch the 8 o clock movie which was Plane. When we got there we went with the cash straight to the counter and we told the guy we want the movie plane and we have absa rewards he says the system isnnot working he cant process the absa rewards i ended up paying 400 rands for tickets instead of R200 yet nothing was my fault. He still booked us the wrong movie . he booked the movie pathaan yet we already watched that on Sunday. He didn't even apologize and we were sent to the wrong screen. To a movie that we already watched and was halfway finished. By the time they could sort it out it was 8:30 and we missed 30 minutes of our movie. I loved watching movies at conubia but im absolutely upset at the service i got.
