Nu-metro clearwater service sucks

on the 5th of April i visited the nu-metro cinema me and my wife was really excited to see the new fast and furious 7 movie , we made sure we arrived early at the mall that afternoon hoping to watch the 5 o clock show we arrived at 16:20pm we were then helped by Thomas when booking for the 5pm show the only available seats left was the 2 rows in the front i then informed Thomas that the seats were not too my liking and asked when is the next show hoping to get better seats, he showed me the seat options for 8pm , and we booked for the 8pm show. what frustrates me is that Thomas did not mention anything about there being a show at 6pm , instead he went ahead and booked me for a show that started 4 hours later , my wife and i had to spend unnessesary money while waiting for the movie, to our suprise we found out people had booked after us the movie for 6pm :-( i then went to speak to Thomas which was not very helpfull, when explaining to him the situation and asking why he didnt offer us the 6pm show, he blatently laughed in my face and said i was too impress with the 8pm show and that i am getting seats right at the back. wow i really felt let down by the service i recieved.
