Nu Metro Clearwater - Not so VIP

Last night we booked VIP tickets at Clearwater mall Nu Metro to see Avatar. The queue for snacks and drinks at the VIP counter was **********ly long and after 40 min we were served and missed 20 min of the movie. When I enquired from the staff and manager I was informed that anyone from any movie can buy from the VIP counter when they are busy. THIS DEFEATS THE PURPOSE OF PAYING TO BE A VIP. The staff should be checking tickets but even after I raised my concerns they refused. Furthermore I saw many patrons taking beers and wine into other movies. This ruined our experience completely. Nu Metro - what are you going to do about this?
