Nu Metro Clearwater - Disappointing service

Pathetic service. Booked tickets online (as many times before) using Sanlam Reality. Paid for two tickets and two combos. The lady at the kiosk scanned the reference number and said that we only get two tickets and one combo (although I paid for both). The manager used the excuse that sometimes the system give you two combos and sometimes not, so we were just unlucky. Really? When you pay for two tickets and two combos that is what you are supposed to get!! The manager was of no help, arrogant to say the least and said if we want another combo we need to buy another. So at the end an outing which we normally pay R130 for (R30 per ticket and R35 per refreshment using Sanlam Reality) ended up to be waay above R200. Bye-bye Numetro, I am truly disappointed in the service and lack of customer care! There is really little to no communication between Sanlam Reality and Nu Metro regarding the movie benefits. What is the use of having a loyalty program?
