Nu Metro Cinema Poor Customer Service

<p>About a week ago, I watched a movie a week ago and during the movie I had an emergency of which I left the cinema. The next day I sent an email request to Nu Metro requesting if I could be re-issued the ticket for the same movie and up until now I have had no response. As a vivid movie enthusiast, I spend about R1000 on movies a month at this branch and after the poor response in terms of courtesy, I feel like not supporting this branch again.</p>
