Nu Metro Cinema Clearwater Mall: NO MOVIE

<p>My partner and i went to the movies last night to watch the 19h30 movie Skip Trace at clearwater mall, Roodepoort.</p> <p> </p> <p>During the movie about 40 minutes into the movie it stopped showing but the sound was working in the backround, we waiting about 12 minutes and it was put back on we missed about 12 minutes of the movie. It played for about 10 minutes and then froze again, we waited another 15-20 minutes and it was still frozen. We decided to go home. We asked for a refund but they would not give us one and advised that they would rewind the movie, but it still froze.</p> <p> </p> <p>I paid to watch a movie and did not get to watch it to the end. I rather left. I would like a refund or new movie tickets.</p>
