So, I book tickets online which gives em an error that states that the system was unable to generate my tickets after payment was done...I phone Nu Metro and they say I have to wait 48 hours to see if it is refunded automatically, if not I (yes myself) have to phone them back and report it again...I want to tell them to **** off and shove it! I phone back 3 days later as it happened on a Friday evening. I have received a notification only now that my refund has been approved and it will take 3 to 7 WORKING DAYS!!! What the actual F@#% Nu metro! I will never ever use their online system again and how on earth am I the one that must make sure you refund my money you pieces...lets leave it there. You suck and your system sucks and your process suck.
