Nu Metro Barbie movie

Tried to cancel and be refunded for my tickets that I had purchased as they did not initially have a PG13 rating showing, when I advised them that my niece is under 13 and that I would like to cancel, they told me that I should physically go to the theatre to collect readmission tickets. I asked them to email me the voucher/re-admission tickets, they would not do it!! Highyly disappointed with their **** service!!! I cannot get there within 7 days and they are refusing to email me!
