Nu Metro - *******.

- Machine throws an error, and proceeds to take R385 from my Credit card. - Manager at NuMetro unable to find the transaction and would not print ticket. - I pay another R150, and the machine is out of paper, and doesn't print my ticket. - The manager this could find the transaction, and prints the ticket manually. - I email *** with my statements, showing them that they have double charged me for the tickets/popcorn. - They still refuse to repay me, asking that I should provide them with a stamped statement (That costs another R10).

Surely they could confirm on their system that they received a double transaction from my card number, and repay me. They have my card details and everything. At this point, I'm purely assuming that they just stole my money. As such, Nu Metro, in my eyes, is just another ******* company that *****s from people.
