NU METRO

Good day

To whom it may concern - not that anything happens

My card number is ********** 69327 and I have two major complains and seems like all the people I talk to just wipes the complain under the carpet and stuff the client attitude comes up

Complain 1 – Please see proof attached

Menlyn Park – myself and I went to watch the movie THE MEG 3D on the 12/08/2018 , the lady at the ticket office took our card number and contact details because the system were offline and no points could be added onto our card , until today no call , no points updated , this were a double point movie .

Just very funny that the other pay points on the cold drink and popcorn stand worked and updated the points but not the ticket sales side

Complain 2 – Please see attached proof

Bedford centre – once again my wife and I went to watch Alpha 2D – we used a free moola ticket voucher and order a second ticket with cold drinks and popcorn , asked the lady to use our points on the card , the system kept declining the transaction and after 20 minutes just told her let me pay cash for the whole transaction .

What a big supprise we get just to note that after paying cash for everything the points were deducted from my card balance

Come on man this is **************** even if it is just points , first no updated done then secondly taking points left right and centre

Complain 3

Phoned a few times to get this sorted , even left my numbers , but still no answer no feedback , we used to be with Ster Kinekor but when they cheated us with the same stuff we went over to Nu metro , hahahaha what a joke this become

Spoken to a consultant yesterday and she promise to sort out my problems but until now nothing not even a call to say dear client we don’t care s**** about you !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well watch me come Friday morning 7th September 2018 I will go online and post on twitter , facebook , hello peter , and all my friend and co-worker and clients on whats app about this bad service from Nu Metro
