notified of load shedding but still sold tickets t

Bought three tickets to watch the fast and furios at 186 rands spent a further 160 rand on snacks only to sit in the cinema for the 8:00pm movie and load sheeding to kick in.being from a diffrent area I wasn't aware of the time slots for the load shedding however nu metro had known of this but still sold tickets to so many customers .were is the ethics and values to us there loyal customers.all the other outlets were aware of the power cut and advised customers but not numetro.they just want to make money of us.obviously even though they gave everyone vouchers wat about all the money spent on snacks and wen we do go to watch movie again we still have to buy more snacks.totally disgusted
