Not VIP Quality

Looked forward to celebrating in style at Nu Metro SCENE as advertised online. Bookings got rejected twice online despite my bank account being debited (got money back after 2 days). Had to go all the way to the V&A Waterfront to do a booking for 12 people. Later realised one ticket was a dud. Went to watch Fast and Furious last night but had to first sort the ticket problem with the manager. Disappointed that lounge did not cater for enough seats (only 8 or 10), some of us had to stand with our drinks. We asked for our meals to be served 10 min after start of movie. There was such confusion with the serving of meals,some of us ended up with the incorrect meals despite giving off seat no's when ordering. After 40min, my husband had to go out and query where my coffee was and so once again, I ended getting a Cappucino while someone else later got my Latte. To make things worse, the theatre was freezing cold and unpleasant. We asked a lady if they could adjust the aircon, which they did and then 10min later it was set back to freezing. I think the concept is amazing and if these problems could be ironed out,we would be back at least once a month but for now we'll try Ster Kinekor
