NON-CONFORMING SERVICE - NUMETRO - TRADE ROUTE MALL

Please be informed that we booked 3 tickets to watch Jumaji 3D at your Numetro Trade Route Branch Lenasia. We had the most uncomfortable experience watching the 20.15pm movie on the 05-01-2018. The ventilation and air-conditioning was not functioning and the humidity was unbearable. I reported this to one of your staff members, who responded that due to the previous storms the air conditioners are not working. I was highly upset and mentioned to your staff that this should have been told prior to booking the tickets. This was not value for money and i would like a refund for this ordeal. NB. I have attached the 3 x tickets purchased for your perusal.
