No seats available due to couples seat in a kids movie(17h30 show of The Boss baby, Cinema 4)

I am a Cell C Getmore user and purchased vouchers before attempting to book tickets for the show through the Nu Metro website.

After this was successfully done, i tried to use redeem vouchers against the movie which kept providing me with a site error message that my action could not be completed and i should try again(Booking was for M row - 10,11,12 ).

After 3 tries and becoming frustrated i drove to the The Pavillion branch to redeem tickets(btw i live 5 minutes away). The self service machines did exactly the same(2 tries).

Got to the lady at service counter to explain and she tried which was successful. By this time the seats i originally wanted to book were now taken.

I now had to select 3 of the 4 seats available in row C, however two of the 4 would not select, so she went to get the supervisor.

Supervisor gets there checks it out and says thats a normal price seat as its a couples seat...WHAT A LOAD OF BULL****.

Firstly if its a normal price seat *** would youll even have an affiliation to any rewards program???

Does it not defeat the purpose, we surely don't join rewards programs to pay the normal price!!!

Secondly *** is a couples seat doing in a kids movie, surely all the seating should be open(especially for kids movie) and not restricted.

Looking at it from a profitability perpsective, Does Nu Metro take a loss on that particular seat each time a kids movie is viewed in Cinema 4?? Cause they sure as HELL did today as i was not thrilled... not to mention how blantant and unapologetic your so called supervisor was.

So hell with Nu Metro if me and my family are going to be treated in that manner.
