No response and loss of points

I am a member of NuMetro Scene Club. Buying tickets on a Friday evening and the system is offline. My Clicks Card cannot be swiped for discount, but Clicks cards are no longer valid from 1 Nov 2018. I end up paying more for a normal movie than I did for a 3-d movie and I get zero points for my purchases. My emails have not been answered.
