No Refund - Double Movie Ticket Charge

<p>I bought tickets online for the Nu Metro at Hyde Park and when I got to Self Service it asked me to place my card that I paid with online into the Card Machine, it charged me again - so for 2 Movie Tickets I paid close to R400, this was 4 weeks ago and each time I ask for a respone they tell me they are still investigating. I have nothing to say but how bitterly dissapointed I am with this Shocking service.</p> <p>From what was meant to be a fun night out has turned into an unpleasnt experience with an exceptionally bitter taste in my mouth.</p>
