No loyalty

<p>I decided to treat my niece to movies and using a my ABSA cards to benefit from the 50% discount they where offering... The move we wanted to see was only available on the scene vip . When it came to pay I was shocked to learn I won't be able to receive the discount on the tickets as the system was down. As it was a treat for my niece reluctantly paid. I feel cheated and ********** and a poor excuses not to give the discounts</p>
