No interest in assisting

I arrived with my family and stood in a queue and waited for my chance to be served... On approaching the counter was greeted by a friendly gentleman and i explained we were a family of four and my daughter had a discount voucher which she gave to him... He repeatedly called the manager (female) whi ignored him and attended to people that were way behind us in the queue and bumped them up the order... On eventually gwtting her attention he asked about the voucher and she could not give him the time of day and just shook her head to the negative when asked about the voucher... I then took the voucher back from him and left... Now i jnow why i am a Ster Kinekor Club member... And here i was wanting to entertain my daughter who received a discount voucher in a school magazine... Zthanks for spoiling the outing to your ******* establishment
