No confirmation of tickets or answer of phone call

I booked tickets on 25 April for Girl's Night Out at the V&A, today is the day of the show and I have received no email confirming my tickets, nor can I reach Numetro on the provided number (V&A) or via their call centre. <br> <br> I've now been on hold for 10 minutes waiting for an agent to get to my call. All the while being told \your call is important to us"....doesn't seem that way. This is not the first time either"
