No aircon

For the second Saturday in a row we went to the NuMetro Cinema complex in Bedfordview and had to watch a movie with no air conditioning. I understand the need to save cost, however, if the air con is to be kept off, the customers need to be told. It also does not help that when I asked before buying the tickets whether the aircon was functioning I was told it was. Honesty is paramount. It is unhealthy to seat for over 2 hours in a close room with other people without moving air. It is also dangerous in summer time. If it is a cost saving measure, some of the savings should be passed to the consumer. <br> <br>
