new nu metro cinema provides terrible service!!!

we tried booking tickets for a movie at the new cinema but got terrible service. when we phoned to enquire about the times the management could not give us any details nor did the cinema even have a phone number, and it was not working for on line bookings. after finally getting tickets and popcorn with our show about to start we were told there is a delay over a hour and management had no answers and could not help. they were quick 2 show us how 2 book n take the cash but no one told us before that there was a delay and they did not even have any cold drinks yet that day. we were left waiting with warm slushy and cold popcorn by the time it started. management all had different answers but no solution and terrible service 4 all the angry customers!!
