Negligence

I had there worst experience with Nu metro The Glen. On the 30th April 2023 I went to watch a movie with my kids who watched a different movie. Walking to my seat after the movie started I fell and when I checked their stairs one of them didn't have a light, I reported my case with the manager who advised that I should go to the ER and do everything that is necessary then send them my Bills they will pay back everything I spent.. I've been calling them nonstop and they aren't saying anything that makes sense, so I'm left with no choice but to take my savings and sue. I'm never setting my foot at any of their cinemas
