Multiply discount not registered on website

There is something terribly wrong with the Nu Metro website / the free Multiply movies today. I tried to book a movie (using all my Multiply details, and yes, it is the first time I will be watching this movie) and was then billed R85 per ticket. This must be a joke, since all Nu Metro movies are supposed to be free with the Multiply discount until the 31st January 2016. This is the first showing and I am afraid that I won't be able to get tickets if I try to book at Nu Metro this afternoon. How do I proceed to sort this out and to get the discount? This is not the first time I have struggled with the Nu Metro website and itis starting to get really old.
