Multiple debits from my account

On 12 June I booked 3 tickets for Jurassic world online. The first time I tried to complete my booking, the website told me that there was an error and could not complete my booking. You have debited my account for R255.00, R123.50, R255.00 and R165.00.<br> <br> Please urgently refund the R543.50 you have debited as these tickets were not used by me and other people sat in those seats.
