Movie was a frozen affair

<p>i am really disappointed in the experience i had at NuMetro last night. Myself and my partner went to watch a movie in the NuMetro Scene and the according to my knowledge its suppose to be a more VIP and luxury experience. it was so cold in that room i could hardly focus on the movie. The Aircon needs to be checked Cinema 1. i felt i needed a blanket in that cinema, i requested for it to be made warmer but nothing changed.</p>
