Movie ruined & management useless

Just came from canal walk cinema, walked out of John Wick 3 when it started getting to action after 7 to 9 people already walked out and one lady brought security in as there were guys performing (making noise) after people told them to shut up and showed the 2 securities these guys and pointed to them. Then the securities just stood there like dummies for about 5 minutes after the woman left, did nothing and left. People started even moving to the front of the cinema and to the other end of cinema away from them as they were also smoking in the cinema until I got up and left followed by husband. As soon as we got out we started complaining to staff and I asked why nothing was done about these 4 guys, they called the 2 dummy securities over who said no one showed them who and they argued with us about this!! We were sitting in the back row and we saw the woman point to these guys showing these securities but then they argued with us no one did!! 3 to 4 rows saw the woman point out the guys to them!!! I don't appreciate being made a ****!! The manager (short coloured woman) said something was done when I told her that they did nothing!! They only did something because I made a big noise or was she going to 1st wait until everyone walked out before doing something!! It had to take me making a scene before they did something after 7 to 9 people walked out already!! I just recovered from a bad chest for 2 weeks because of someone smoking to come and have someone smoking AGAIN near me in a non smoking shopping complex so I can get sick again!! What if there was an asthmatic?? And the person got an asthma attac****?? Jeez really now!! The whole experience was so ruined and not to mention what a waste of petrol up and down and parking!! My husband demanded our money back and they gave us 2 comps to come to another movie but you people don't realise the inconvenience of it all and that petrol that ISN'T cheap that 10 people looking forward to John wick was wasted!! You didn't even bother to offer to pay our parking let alone the refreshments as I left the popcorn behind and if it weren't for my husband who brought my slushie out that would also still be standing there!! Management is very ***********!!!
