movie fail

I took my wife and kids to watch the new 3d the good dinasour movie, as it was her birthday, anyway there was a 30 min delay to get the movie started or trailers started as the cleaning crew where busy having there own chit chat, but that was OK the movie started all was fine they where enjoying it, then the movie just went blank, myself and another guy walked out to ask for the manager he came out an said he will look into it after 30 min still nothing sorted out, finally after walking around and waiting for an hour and asking for the manager to come back over 4 times he finally came, we asked for a full refund which took another 30 min to come so we ended of leaving almost the same time as the movie would of finished, I don't think I will ever go back to those movies after that experience <br>
