Movie did not play for over an hour...

Very disappointed with my experience at Numetro today...took my daughter and her friends for a 11:45am movie after break up day to celebrate her birthday... We waited an hour for our movie which did not end up playing due to technical difficulties... We were so looking forward to watching smallfoot in 3D. We were told that we would need to watch the movie at at the 2:15pm show but unfortunately we couldn't make it as we had other plans... We were all give re-admission tickets for another time but were not compensated or given a voucher for our popcorn and beverage which I was very upset about, the duty manager said he would give us a refill if we came for the 2:15pm show only which I think is unacceptable. I did not make a fuss at the Cornubia Numetro as I was in the presence of my daughter and her friends. But feel that now a lovely birthday outing has been ruined... it is not right.
