Mouse/ rat in the cinema

I was at the Nu metro cinema house watching 'The perfect guy' then horror of all horrors as I was watching the movie I saw a mouse.<br> At first I wasn't sure of what it was and then it moved as it went past me and into a whole. I couldn't believe it. <br> I then grabbed my bag and ran off to ask for the manager, Portia Mackansy. I explained the incident to her and to my disbelief all she could say was that she will have to call pest control, no not whether I was ok or sorry, just that she would call pest control. I then asked for a refund and had to go to the kiosk for that.<br> The mockery I got the, comments like ' have you never seen a mouse before' <br> I'm utterly disgusted by the matter and even more disgusted by the attitude of the staff.<br> No wonder Nu metro is suffering financially.<br> Disgruntled and disappointed customer.
