Misleading Advertising

I have decided to vent after having the same experience 3 times now. Clicks Club Card offers a 15% on adult 2D ticket prices at Nu Metro. As mentioned, today was the THIRD time I had the same experience. When you try to book your tickets online or via call centre, using the Clicks discount, their systems mysteriously goes down. You are then told to go to the branch and buy your tickets there. This is grossly unfair. The first time it happened I missed out on seeing the movie I wanted to see 3 times because obviously the movie is sold out by the time you get there. I find it interesting to note that you are able to purchase the tickets at full price online and via call centre though. <br> <br> They should rather say they don't really want to offer the public discounts at all. This has never happened at Ster Kinekor though. Petty Nu Metro is situated at the Waterfront and Canal Walk.<br> <br> It's unbelievable that they get away with this in this day and age.
